An article reporting on the synthesis of 2-aryl-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazines was published in the journal Eur. J. Org Chem. These results stem from the work of co-op students Tess Fortier, Frédéric Vuillermet, and Joanick Bourret along with Audrey Belouin and Guillaume Pelletier which are linked to our co-op program.

A paper disclosing the discovery of TRPA1 receptor antagonist GDC-6599, a potential first-in-class therapy for respiratory diseases has just been published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry. This work was conducted in collaboration with Genentech.
