Our in vivo pharmacology team offers comprehensive in vivo and ex vivo pharmacology services in CCAC accredited facilities (equivalent to AAALAC certification in the United States).  Our expertise spans various therapeutic areas, including oncology, metabolic disorders, inflammatory diseases, and CNS diseases. Tailoring our study designs to your specific requirements and budget, we establish and validate custom disease models for efficacy screening, pharmacodynamics, and MOA studies. The team is supported by internal PK/bioanalytical, ex vivo pharmacology and in vitro biology teams to provide integrated services. Animal-based studies are conducted under protocols approved by institutional animal care committees.

Ex vivo pharmacology and biomarkers

Our team of biologists can perform ex vivo analysis to confirm the in vivo effect of test articles and to establish correlation between in vivo efficacy and biomarkers. Analyzed samples include blood, serum, plasma, CSF, tissue extracts, urine and feces.
