 Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and Talent Management, the Human Resources Advisor will participate in the development and implementation of appropriate strategies that will ensure the optimization of human resources in terms of recruitment, immigration, onboarding and integration, training and employee relations.

The main tasks include in particular:

  • Participate in the recruitment process
  • Ensure the onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Coordinate and ensure the follow-up of workforce movements (hiring, transfers, promotions, absences, departures)
  • Collaborate on various HR projects to support the growth of the company
  • Update HR reports
  • Write letters, procedures and other documents
  • Initiate, propose and participate in the implementation of activities relating to training, recognition, employee mobilization and compensation
  • Participate in the management of labor relations
  • Act as a resource person in the application and interpretation of internal policies and the promotion of company values

Qualifications required

  • Undergraduate university degree in human resources management
  • Member of the CRHA Order will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist
  • Work experience in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
  • Good knowledge of labor standards, labor law and human resources’ practices
