The Analytical Chemistry Group at Paraza is seeking an energetic and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate is expected to have experience in modern chromatography techniques with strong interpersonal communication skills and high productivity. The candidate will be expected to work independently within a team structure, to develop analytical methods, purify small molecules and maintain chromatographic systems.  The key responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:

• Develop analytical and preparative chromatographic methods on SFC-MS and HPLC-MS instruments
• Monitor and maintain the performance of HPLC and SFC chromatographic systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HPLC and SFC chromatographic instruments
• Prepare reports of analysis and support to the Medicinal Chemistry Group

Minimum Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Analytical Chemistry

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience in HPLC and SFC chromatography, and mass spectrometry
Demonstrated laboratory proficiency
Good sense of priority and urgency to manage multiple requests in parallel
Comfortable to communicate in French and English
Knowledge of MassLynx and Empower software
